- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz ramen, udon, or egg noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Stir to coat the chicken and let the sauce thicken for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
