- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb crab meat
- 4 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, cook until pink. Remove from heat.
- Mix crab meat with ricotta, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- Add a layer of noodles, then ricotta-crab mixture, shrimp, and mozzarella.
- Repeat layers, ending with noodles and Alfredo sauce.
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
