  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil (optional, for crispier edges)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If you are using an air fryer, preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the English muffin halves cut-side up on a baking sheet. If you want extra crispiness, lightly brush the edges with olive oil.
  3. Spread about 1 to 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the surface of each muffin half.
