Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add chicken thighs to the Instant Pot.
  2. Pour BBQ sauce, chicken broth, and apple cider vinegar over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper on top.
  4. Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
  5. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce.
