- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden. Remove from skillet.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add butter and stir until melted. Garnish with parsley before serving.
