A quick and flavorful skillet chicken with a sticky-sweet glaze, ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Add butter and stir until melted. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
  • Double the sauce if you prefer extra glaze.
