  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season chicken thighs with black pepper and sear for 3 minutes per side.
  4. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
