A dairy-free and sugar-free version of the classic fall coffee drink with real pumpkin puree and warm spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat.
  3. Whisk in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and sweetener.
  4. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour coffee into a mug and top with the pumpkin milk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving.
