A creamy cheeseburger pasta made from scratch in one pot with pantry staples—no box needed.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Stir in macaroni, beef broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use whole milk for a creamier sauce.
  • Add diced tomatoes or peas for extra veggies.
  • Swap ground beef for ground turkey if preferred.
