- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in macaroni, beef broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm.

- Use whole milk for a creamier sauce.
- Add diced tomatoes or peas for extra veggies.
- Swap ground beef for ground turkey if preferred.
