A quick one-pan dinner with seared beef bites, crispy potatoes, and garlic herb butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add potatoes and cook until crispy, about 10 minutes.
  3. Push potatoes to one side, add beef bites, and sear for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic, rosemary, and thyme, cooking for 1 minute.
  5. Add butter and toss everything until coated.
  6. Serve hot.
