1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed (small lumps are fine).
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
