  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 (14 oz) bag coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground pork or turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
  4. Add coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Mix well.
  5. Add coleslaw mix and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
