You need this Easy Dill Pickle Dip for your next party! It is creamy, tangy, and ready in just 10 minutes. This quick appetizer is a guaranteed crowd pleaser for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl. Beat them together with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  2. Add the finely chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, dried dill weed, and ranch seasoning mix to the bowl.
  3. Mix on low speed until all ingredients are incorporated. Do not overmix.
  4. Taste the dip and add more pickle juice or ranch seasoning if you want a stronger flavor.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This step is key for the best taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped dill before serving, if desired.
  7. Serve your Tangy Appetizer with potato chips, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For an extra crunchy texture, reserve 2 tablespoons of the chopped pickles and stir them in right before serving.
  • If you are making this ahead of time, store it covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The flavor deepens overnight.
