Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups sliced peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (optional)

  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in a bowl. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats (if using), brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the peaches.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream.

Notes

  • Use fresh peaches for the best flavor, but frozen or canned work too.
  • For a thicker filling, add 1 tbsp cornstarch to the peaches.
  • Try almond flour for a gluten-free version.
