- 4 cups sliced peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (optional)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in a bowl. Transfer to a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats (if using), brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the peaches.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
Notes
- Use fresh peaches for the best flavor, but frozen or canned work too.
- For a thicker filling, add 1 tbsp cornstarch to the peaches.
- Try almond flour for a gluten-free version.
