Ingredients
Scale
4 large flour tortillas (about 10 inches)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Italian dressing
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup finely chopped pepperoncini peppers (drained)
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
4 ounces thinly sliced Genoa salami
4 ounces thinly sliced pepperoni
4 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian dressing, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until the spread is smooth and fully combined.
Stir the chopped pepperoncini peppers and shredded provolone cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
Lay one large tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Layer one-quarter of the salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly over the cream cheese spread.
Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a compact log. Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap.
Repeat the spreading, layering, and rolling process with the remaining three tortillas and fillings.
Refrigerate the wrapped logs for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours, to allow them to firm up, which makes slicing easier.
When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap from each log. Use a sharp knife to slice each log into 6 equal rounds (pinwheels).
Arrange the Italian pinwheels on a platter and serve immediately.
Notes
For the best results and cleanest slices, chill the rolled tortillas for a minimum of 2 hours.
You can substitute the deli meats with turkey or roast beef for a different flavor profile.
These are excellent party finger food and can be made a day ahead.
If you want a spicier kick, add a dash of red pepper flakes to the cream cheese spread.
