- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups sliced potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
- Layer sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the cooked ground beef over the potatoes.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the beef.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
