A creamy chicken-bacon-ranch bake that’s easy to make and perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works well)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Add shredded chicken, half the bacon, and half the cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and bacon on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
