2 oz fresh peach puree (from ripe peaches)
1 small peach slice, for garnish
Instructions
Chill your champagne flutes before starting.
Prepare the fresh peach puree by blending ripe peaches until smooth. Strain the puree if you prefer a smoother texture.
Pour 2 ounces of the peach puree into the bottom of each chilled flute.
Slowly top with 4 ounces of chilled Prosecco. Pour slowly to maintain the fizz.
