Make viral Dubai-style chocolate bars at home with pistachio cream and kataifi for a trendy no-bake dessert.

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g pistachios, finely ground
  • 50g kataifi (shredded phyllo dough)
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 30g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20g butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
  2. Mix ground pistachios, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the pistachio mixture.
  4. Brush melted butter over kataifi and bake at 180°C for 5 minutes until golden.
  5. Layer chocolate, pistachio cream, and kataifi in a mold, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
