Crunchy Granola Clusters

Easy homemade granola clusters with big clumps, perfect for breakfast bowls and snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Warm honey and nut butter, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour wet mix over dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread on a lined baking sheet and press into clusters.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool completely before breaking into clusters.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Try adding dried fruit after baking.
  • Use maple syrup for a vegan option.
