- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Warm honey and nut butter, then stir in vanilla.
- Pour wet mix over dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread on a lined baking sheet and press into clusters.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely before breaking into clusters.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
