A delicious and easy croissant breakfast casserole perfect for a weekend brunch or special occasion. Flaky croissants, eggs, cheese, and your favorite breakfast meats come together in this crowd-pleasing dish.

  • 6 large croissants, torn into pieces
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange croissant pieces in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour egg mixture over croissants. Press down lightly to ensure all pieces are soaked.
  5. Sprinkle cheese, bacon, sausage, and green onions evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
