  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix baking powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Toss the wings in the dry rub until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Toss with your favorite sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, let the wings sit in the fridge for 30 minutes after coating.
