A quick and hearty one-pan dinner with ground beef, potatoes, and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in diced potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
