Juicy pork chops in a rich garlic-Parmesan cream sauce, ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan and thyme. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return pork chops to skillet, spoon sauce over them, and cook for another 2 minutes.

Notes

  • Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed spinach.
  • For extra flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan.
