- 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan and thyme. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return pork chops to skillet, spoon sauce over them, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed spinach.
- For extra flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan.
