- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic, thyme, and rosemary for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve with pasta or rice.
