Tender baby potatoes in a silky garlic cream sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or holiday meals.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil or roast the baby potatoes until tender.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cooked potatoes, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and thyme if using.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
