Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream, chili powder, and cumin. Stir well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
