- 2 cups uncooked white rice
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spread rice evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts on top of rice.
- Mix soup, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over chicken and rice.
