  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, broth, egg, sage, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite dip or sauce.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Freeze unbaked balls on a tray, then transfer to a bag. Bake from frozen, adding 5-10 minutes.
