Easy holiday appetizer with puff pastry, brie, and cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent rolls
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp orange zest (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
  3. Press squares into a mini-muffin tin.
  4. Add a cube of brie to each cup.
  5. Top with cranberry sauce, orange zest, and rosemary.
  6. Brush edges with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Assemble and refrigerate up to 1 day before baking.
  • Reheat in oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Try different cranberry sauce flavors for variety.
