  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak bites with salt and black pepper.
  3. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, paprika, cayenne, and parsley.
  5. Toss cooked steak bites in the cowboy butter until coated.
  6. Serve immediately.
