A creamy, zesty pasta dish with seared chicken and a buttery lemon-garlic sauce, ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in a pan over medium heat until cooked through. Slice into strips.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic, lemon juice, zest, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss cooked linguine and chicken in the sauce. Garnish with parsley.

  • Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free option.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
