  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, sugars, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
