Make these stunning, bite-sized cheesecake deviled strawberries for your next gathering. They are easy to assemble, require no oven time, and look incredibly elegant on any dessert platter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound large fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: Lemon zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Slice off the green tops and use a small spoon or melon baller to carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry to create a small cup. Set the strawberries aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined and creamy.
  3. In a separate, chilled bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or use a zip-top bag with a corner snipped off).
  5. Pipe the cheesecake filling into the hollowed-out strawberries. Fill them generously.
  6. Sprinkle the tops of the filled strawberries with graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Chill the cheesecake deviled strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon zest, if desired.
