  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a baking dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust.
  3. Toss apples with cinnamon and spread over cheesecake layer.
  4. Combine flour, brown sugar, and cold butter to make streusel. Sprinkle over apples.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Chill before slicing.
