A quick and easy no-bake dessert with chocolate, tart apples, caramel, pretzels, and sea salt.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 medium tart apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup pretzel pieces
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spread chocolate evenly on the parchment paper.
  4. Arrange apple slices and pretzel pieces over the chocolate.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until set.
  7. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • Use a sharp knife to slice apples thinly for even distribution.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
