A creamy, spicy pasta dish with Cajun-seasoned chicken and ranch flavor, ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until browned.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and ranch dressing.
  4. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens. Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning.
  • Swap chicken for shrimp or tofu if preferred.
