Ultra-soft dinner rolls loaded with garlic butter and melty cheese, perfect for serving with soups or pasta.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out dough and spread minced garlic, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  5. Cut into strips, roll, and place in a baking dish.
  6. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle parsley before serving.
