  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Coat the pork chops evenly with the mixture.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
