Easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer with caramelized bacon-wrapped sausages.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) little smokies sausages
  • 1 lb bacon, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wrap each sausage with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Roll each wrapped sausage in brown sugar.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
  • Use thick-cut bacon for better texture.
