  • 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli florets, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the rice according to package directions using water or broth. Set aside.
  3. While the rice cooks, melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
