Crispy salmon bites tossed in a sweet-spicy bang-bang sauce served over rice with crunchy veggies. Perfect for meal prep or quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer or oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss salmon with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry or bake salmon for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the bang-bang sauce.
  5. Toss cooked salmon in the sauce.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, cabbage, cucumber, and saucy salmon.
