A crowd-pleasing appetizer with creamy filling and adjustable heat, perfect for parties or game day snacks.

Ingredients

  • 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 6 slices bacon, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half-slice of bacon.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.

Notes

  • For less heat, remove all seeds and membranes.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
  • Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
