A quick and indulgent one-pan chicken dinner with crispy bacon, garlicky parmesan, and melty cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in the same skillet until golden, about 6 minutes per side.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and cooked bacon. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Serve hot with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
  • For a low-carb option, skip the heavy cream and use almond milk instead.
