Ingredients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
