  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, softened butter, and granulated sugar to form the shortbread base. Press into the pan.
  3. Toss apples with cinnamon and spread over the base.
  4. Combine oats, brown sugar, and cold butter for the crumble. Sprinkle over apples.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden. Cool completely before slicing.
