Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, oats, onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape into patties and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Brush BBQ sauce over the burgers and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
