Make crispy, cheesy ravioli quickly in your air fryer. This easy recipe transforms frozen or refrigerated ravioli into a delicious, crunchy snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces frozen or refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
  2. If using frozen ravioli, do not thaw them first. If using fresh ravioli, pat them very dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the ravioli in a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil or spray lightly with cooking spray. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer the coated ravioli to the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible; work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  5. Air fry for 8 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the ravioli are golden brown and crispy. Cooking time varies based on ravioli size and air fryer model.
  6. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the ravioli. Shake the basket gently to distribute.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with a pinch of salt if desired, and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can lightly dust the oiled ravioli with a tablespoon of fine breadcrumbs before air frying.
  • Serve these cheesy air fryer bites with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
  • If you want a more intense cheese flavor, toss the cooked ravioli with a small amount of melted butter mixed with garlic powder before adding the Parmesan.
