Ingredients
Scale
12 ounces frozen or refrigerated cheese ravioli
1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
If using frozen ravioli, do not thaw them first. If using fresh ravioli, pat them very dry with paper towels.
Place the ravioli in a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil or spray lightly with cooking spray. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Transfer the coated ravioli to the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible; work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
Air fry for 8 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the ravioli are golden brown and crispy. Cooking time varies based on ravioli size and air fryer model.
In the last 2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the ravioli. Shake the basket gently to distribute.
Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with a pinch of salt if desired, and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, you can lightly dust the oiled ravioli with a tablespoon of fine breadcrumbs before air frying.
Serve these cheesy air fryer bites with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
If you want a more intense cheese flavor, toss the cooked ravioli with a small amount of melted butter mixed with garlic powder before adding the Parmesan.
