A classic comfort food perfect for lunch or potlucks. Creamy, light, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

    <88 oz pasta
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard>
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according instructions instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard.
  3. Add tuna, celery, red onion, and pickles to the bowl.
  4. Fold in cooled pasta and mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use whole wheat pasta for extra fiber.
  • Add chopped hard-boiled eggs for more protein.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter version.
