A refreshing and zesty tuna ceviche loaded with lime, jalapeño, cilantro, and tropical flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna, lime juice, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, then gently mix.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Fold in avocado and mango just before serving.
