Ingredients
Scale
1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
Instructions
Marinate the chicken by combining soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
If desired, prepare a sauce by combining leftover marinade with cornstarch and water in a saucepan. Heat until thickened.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate longer if possible.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked through.
Consider adding vegetables or pineapple for variations.
